Marblehead, MA - Making a career change can be a major decision. But when you get to have as much fun as Creature Comforts/Pawsitively Marblehead owners Ned and Brooks Williams, the choice seems almost obvious.

The couple began a dog walking and pet sitting service out of their home in Marblehead in 1993, extending their service to Swampscott and part of Salem . But after a while the word got out, and their expansion began.

"People want to have more exercise for their dogs, so we started playgroups in our backyards," Brooks Williams said. "Basically we ran out of room, so had to get something bigger."

  "By their nature greyhounds are intelligent, quiet animals that tend to spend most of their time sleeping. Sometimes they curl up in a ball, other times they lay sprawled out with all four paws raised to the ceiling. It is important to keep in mind that they did not spend every day of their lives hitting the tracks.
